Off day eating

Just throwing out my meals for the day just seeing it printed makes me feel more accountable.


Breakfast
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. soymilk
3 TB of Nature's Path Pumpkin Granola
1/2 sliced banana
10 frozen blueberries
1 TB brown sugar



LUNCH:
Subway foot long subway Veggie Delite


DINNER:2 chicken wings
1/2 c. red beans and brown rice
1 c. okra

And that's where I'm gonna end it tonight

  2. I totally agree, seeing what I eat helps keep me accountable to myself! I did it for the first year and it actually helps because you begin to know just by looking, what a portion size is, or can estimate how many calories are in something without having to look it up. Anyways, good job on making healthy choices today!

    And I agree, if you don't write everything down, those little bites and snacks somehow have a way of taking over!

  5. My breakfast, lunch, and dinners are similar to yours . . .but if that was ALL I ate I would be absolutely ravenous. I incorporate at least 2 snacks. One after breakfast, and one after lunch. Usually it's just a piece of fruit, or yogurt . . . but sometimes its a healthy sandwich wrap . . .or hummus. Good job on your healthy eating . . . and don't be afraid to add healthy snacks if you need them!
