Sorry for the weight.....*giggles*
It's been pretty darn busy around my area. I'm still working crazy hours and I have been working on my new blog Chocolate Girl Wonder: The life and Opinions of The Midwest's Fave Chocolate fat girl Now I am in no way replacing The royal transformation, as it is a connection of my journey to health, wellness, and beauty. My life becomes a little more normal after the holidays. My blog entries will become a little more regular. In the meantime have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

My new hair toy!
Look what I bought today! Yes..the Ion 1875W Conditioning Hard Bonnet dryer. It's wash day and I was very excited to do a ponytail roller set. Shall I be honest in saying I am really not all that talented in doing my on hair. So I didn't take pictures because, I didn't expect it to go that well.
And....I don't know if it has or not yet. I finished it, but I also wrapped it and I will see the results in the morning. At first sight of taking out the rollers...ehhh... not so hot. We'll see in the morning!

Friday's Eats!
Breakfast:Bear Naked's Fruit and Nut Bar
I ate that in my local Sentry while doing a tad bit of grocery shopping. I bought a few fruits (apples, oranges, pomegranates, and grapefruits), some veggies for soup, chobani (honey flavored), and a few deli items. My fridge was starting to look extremely empty. I had a snack of two walnut halves and 2 Hershey's kisses. (Sorry....no picture)
It's pretty darn cold here in the dairy state. So I decided to make soup. The only soup that I can make lol, The infamous Weight Watchers Garden Vegetable soup
Lunch was...
Tuna Salad on Arnold's sandwich thins, a bowl of the garden soup, and nice navel orange
I snacked later on.....another bowl of soup and a chobani honey yogurt. Dinner was a delicious, but once again not pictured Jimmy John's #5 Vito Sub and BBQ Kettle Chips. I'm pretty full and finished. No more food for me!
Calorie total: 1,683

Sex-ier in the city!
I have already showed you the framed sex in the city poster my BF had bought me over a year ago. I didnt go into detail about how much I love Sex and The City! Ummmm the best way to put it is.....I LOVE it a LOT! I could think all day about how to describe it and I just can't. Anyway Sex and The City 2 will be out in theatres in May and I just wanted to give you a look at the upcoming movie's poster. It looks a little "I-robot" to me, but I'm just excited to see my fave four ladies on the screen again.

A little randomness never killed anyone
1) I live in Wiscconsin. Grade A bonafide cheesehead. And proud. thankyouverymuch The snow/storm/blizzard is headed our direction and it puts a slight damper on my regular walks and jogs! It will in no way end them, but it will make them.......shall we say...slightly unpleasant. Excited to see how this is gonna work! It takes a while for me to get used to cold and snow, but it's the way of the land if you're a Wisconsinite!
2) I am currently in foodie love with Bigelow's Pomegranate Green Tea, Brussels sprouts, honey spread, Greek yogurt with honey, Greek salads, and Almond Butter.
3) The Biggest Loser Finale put the biggest smile and song in my heart! Inspiration and love all wrapped in the same 2 hour episode! (I will be doing a re-capping blog later this week!)
4) I'm making an effort to go back to my Flexitarian diet! It didn't fail me then....I believe it won't fail me now.
5) So I relaxed my hair and.... I had a few underprocessed spots, but all in all I did a good job. If you're wondering the hair is looking like....
THIS
I am sticking to my regimen and I've recently added a few things: ORS Olive Oil Creme, Avocado Oil, and GNC Hair, Skin, and Nail Vitamins. Things hair-wise seem to be on the up and up.
6) I'm taking a weigh myself break. Like before I've become scale crazy. I'm going to attempt to focus on being healthy not the numbers.
7) In between all my other adventures I am planning to move...yes again...and this time out of my city! It's exciting. I need something new and my hometown is boring me.
8) I'm planning a trip to New Orleans for the 4Th of July weekend. We'll see if goal has been met by then *fingers crossed*

Excuse me while I.......
GET MY SHIT TOGETHER! Excuse the profanity but my eating habits have gone to crap since Thanksgiving weekend. My six day work weeks can no longer be the excuse I'm leaning on. I asked for those 6 days so I must plan my meals and healthy lifestyle accordingly. I feel my already tight pants (I jumped the gun on buying a size smaller) getting tighter. I feel myself getting tired a little more and I have not been exercising. I'm taking a moment to pick up the pieces. I will NOT be deterred!

Thursday's Inspirational words
“Beauty is how you feel inside, and it reflects in your eyes. It is not something physical.”
Sophia Loren quotes (Italian film Actress, b.1934)
Sophia Loren quotes (Italian film Actress, b.1934)
Beautiful is not a size 4!
Look at these women.
Are they not just ridiculously gorgeous and stunning?
This is what the world (media) considers to be fat! And since I weigh a significant amount more than these women where does that leave me? To the media I'm just a blob. A girl that PETA can make fun of
or that parents that would actually allow their children to point or stare at. Or the girl in high school who NEVER got a date because no one was willing to look past her weight and see that she was fun, gorgeous, outgoing, and brilliant. That's not who and what I am. That's what the media sees.
This is me. A woman who secretly (or not so secretly) aspires to be a model. Has never been boyfriend-less AGAINST my will. I have never allowed my weight to make me less of a person.....so the question to you is.....is it holding you back.....and why?

Relaxer day countdown and other hair issues....
I have already admitted that I am way too deep in over my head with this stretch. I am 20 weeks Post Relaxer! I'm sure it could have worked out great. However there were times when I wasn't caring for my hair at all. I see a lot of shedding, a little breakage, and some ends that seriously need to be whacked off! Well I'm happy to say I am self-relaxing Thursday evening. I'm kind of ancy about it, because I can count on one hand how many times I have relaxed my own hair, but it's time I put my hair care into my own hands (somewhat).
So I know my hair needs protein more than anything right now, especially pre-relaxer. So Monday night I pre-poo'ed with EVCO, and shampoo'ed with Aphogee Shampoo for Damaged Hair. Then I brought in some new found friends...
Motions Critical Protection & Repair Protein Reconstructor AND Vitale Olive Oil Leave-In conditioner with Pro-Vitamin B5
I applied my moisturizing leave-in (HE LTR) and air dried overnight! I feel such a big difference in my hair! It's softer, more manageable, and shedding is minimal. I am still a little shaky about the relaxer Thursday..even though I am excited. Any self- relaxing vixens wanna give me some advice?
So while on our Thanksgiving Eve date me and the E.B had many fun, light conversations, but one convo that has always come up in our one and a half year relationship is my hair. Well not so much my hair, but as you see above my UNDYING LOVE for wigs! He Hates it! Loathes it actually! With a feverish fiery passion. Weaves, wigs, extensions, and all! Basically if it didn't grow out of your head it's deemed pointless in his book and my train of thought is kinda reversed. We went in circles about this for 45 minutes...and then I caved in.
Friday morning I will go to the local beauty school and have my hair blow dried, flat ironed and under the watchful eye of their instructor.....trimmed! I'm doing this for a few reasons: a) to do a real growth check b) I'm scared to trim my own ends c) to try to get accustomed to my own hair again and d) so he will quit wig griping! Why put my hair in the hands of beauty school students you ask??? I'd prefer not to pay $40+ dollars for something that is pretty simple and fool-proof for those in that profession when I can get it done for a kick ass $15! Can't wait to show you all results. I expect it to not be too long due to bad maintenance on my part. I assume I will still be NL. I healthier NL, but NL nonetheless. Happy hair growing ladies!

Weigh-in
Sorry for the glare. It reads at 247.6. Which is a .2 pound weight gain. I feel like I could have done a hell of a lot worse over the Thanksgiving weekend. I know where I messed up and I have picked up the pieces. We will keep it moving!
